What are Auto Free Goods?

If free goods ship from the manufacturer, then your Ultimate Dental customer service representative will process all necessary paperwork involved in redeeming your free product. You will not be required to submit any invoices or provide any information. Ultimate Dental will do everything for you.

When placing your order, be sure to tell your sales representative the item you would like to request for free goods.

If a manufacturer requests that we do not submit paperwork, you will be alerted at the time of your order.

If your office does not receive your free merchandise within six weeks, please be sure and let us know. We will be happy to track the free goods progress from the manufacturer.

Who qualifies for Free Goods?

Any dental office located within the continental United States, unless other criteria is specified by the manufacturer's terms on a specific offer. 

All free goods offers are subject to change or cancellation by the discretion of the manufacturer. While we work hard to monitor this site, occasionally an invalid offer may be online. For the most up-to-date information about offers, visit this page.

Why do I not see my Free Goods on my online order?

Free goods are not reflected on your online order. After your order is submitted, any free goods that ship from Ultimate Dental will be added to your order by your account manager.

If the free goods come from the manufacturer, the paperwork will be sumbitted to them by Ultimate Dental. If you would like to request a specific shade or size for your free goods, please mention that information in the notes section during check out.
