On June 20, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision in South Dakota vs Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case. The Court ruled that a state can require an out-of-state seller to collect sales or use tax on sales to customers based on the level of sales activity in that state.

In compliance with this ruling and state tax laws, it is necessary that we collect and remit sales tax for the states listed below:
